If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact Journih with your order number and tracking information. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend taking clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and damaged product and providing them to our support team so the matter can be properly reviewed.
